Dr. Oleg Yakso described the technique in a Theosophical Society meeting about the biogenics of water. A question was posed by yours truly:
"If water can be morphogenically programmed by the thought patterns of people, then your factory in Russia must be like this: you get nice people to sit around, make sure they're happy or whatever type of emotion you want to program into the water (lovemaking, inspiration), and have them stare at the water, right?"
To which Dr. Oleg Yakso replied:
"my friend, it is not as simple as that. When I was overweight, and i went to see the doctor about my heart, he told me that i will die soon. Then I see Japanese scientist about programmed water and go back to my doctor, he looks at me amazed and asks what I did. I say 'Mr. Doctor, do you want to make a lot of money?' Now, here's what we have noticed. It is that when cells are dying, they give off ultraviolet light. So we use this ultraviolet light, by putting dying roots inside a hermetic flask, and sealing it so that it stays dying, and it emits this light, which we use on the water."
